Any cancellation made within 14 days or 7 during July, before arrival date, results the 100% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, with breakfast in bed served everyday. Despite being based in the center of the town, the hotel is a quiet lane away from the buzz allowing for a beautiful oasis away from the crowds. On top of everything else, the hotel provided recommendations of where to eat, helping us avoid tourist traps and experience authentic Greek food. The only downfall was the limited number of sun beds so we just had to snag our beds early to secure them for the day. After one week here we returned home so relaxed and refreshed. We can?t wait for our next trip!! Thank you for the wonderful stay. | 5 |

The views were amazing - the private terrace is on the roof and as high as any point in Oia. Service was very attentive and personalized. We came across the Museo Grand and it was perfect as it was absolutely in the middle of the busy section but even more pleasantly surprised by the staff at Museo Grand.Neux at the front desk was amazingly helpful,charming and a beautiful young lady who could do enough for us.
